Migdal Ram Tower - Jerusalem

Guivat Shaul – an innovative and trade area with an open entrance and advanced traffic routes to all port of the Holy City. The regional district in Guivat Shaul is a hub for business and commerce among the largest and most powerful in Jerusalem. Its central axis is Kanfei Nesharim where an extension of the light rail is planned in the coming years. 

We own on on-going building the entire 14ᵗʰ floor, which is already rented to two big companies.
The first one, Yekev Bituah, part of the WE Group, is an insurance company and is about to rent 940m² of offices.
The second one is Anaya Clinic, a brand new clinic specialized in holistic medicine and psychotherapy which is renting 420 m² of offices.

Rothschild Tower - Bat Yam

In the very heart of Bat Yam’s business center, you can find this luxurious tower that combines offices, business and commercial spaces. 
The tower has many advantages such as its perfect location on the main traffic axis of Bat Yam, a high level of finish, a luxurious lobby, management and maintenance by a professional company. 

We own on this building the entire 7ᵗʰ floor that is rented to Matan Chen, a private, veteran and leading company that operates nationwide and provides a variety of services such as nursing, welfare and medicine.

HaUman 25 - Jerusalem

Located in the industrial zone in Jerusalem, the Bar Ami building stands at the crossing of the Talpiot and Beth Safafa neighbours. 

Surrounded by businesses and commercial spots, the building is in the center of the essential axis of Talpiot and its commercial area. 

We own on this building a surface of 350m² rented by ANAYA, a clinic specialized in alternative medicine and psychotherapy. 
You can also find in our offices the SERENITY School, which is one of the center allowed to teach holistic medicine in Israel.

Vayner St. 1/5 - Rehovot

The Vayner Street project is a Tama 38 project in the city of Rehovot. The project is on 3 buildings of 4 floors located in a quiet and  central neighborhood of the city.

The project has already been validated by the authorities  and the plan is to add 2.5 floors of 18 apartments eac one, 42 apartments for the entire extension : 2 floors on the top of the buildings and the opening of the ground floor for 3 garden apartments. 

We own on this project the totality of the extension which is 42 brand new apartments ready for summer 2025.

As part of the development of Jerusalem, thousands of square meters are dedicated to the development of the city’s industrial areas, including the employment area Givat Shaul.

The area is going to be one of the main employment centers in the city and is in a strategic location, close by to the western entrance to the city and will benefit from a future light rail line that will pass close to the project.

The Oranim project is one of the most luxurious and prestigious in Guivat Shaul, and is located in one of the strongest business complexes of the capital Jerusalem. The height and unique design of the project give it a distinct advantage over its surroundings.
